Settlement Negotiations
After a business has been audited and receives a Notification of Audit Results for federal or state taxes, penalties and interest due most have 30 days to pay (20 days if the Notification is a Jeopardy Determination) or request Redetermination.

A managed audit allows a sales tax or direct pay taxpayer to have your representative, rather than a federal or state auditor, prepare and oversee your audit from beginning to end.
